1. About Eventoria Canada

Eventoria Canada provides premium event entertainment services, including the supply of table game experiences, professional hosts, styled equipment, and event coordination support. All services are for social entertainment purposes only. No real money is wagered, won, or exchanged as part of any Eventoria Canada service.

2. Use of This Website

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, provincial, federal, or international law or regulation
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site

Submitting an enquiry through our contact form does not constitute a binding agreement or reservation. An event booking is only confirmed once both parties have agreed to a written service agreement and any required deposit has been received.

All pricing provided in response to enquiries is an estimate only and subject to change based on final event specifications. We will not hold any date or commitment to a client until a formal agreement is in place.

4. Service Agreements

When a client engages Eventoria Canada to deliver services for a specific event, the terms of that engagement will be set out in a separate service agreement, which may include:

• Scope of services, including tables, staff, and duration
• Event date, venue address, and access requirements
• Pricing and payment schedule
• Cancellation and rescheduling terms specific to that event
• Any agreed customisations to the standard package

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific service agreement, the service agreement will take precedence for the matters it covers.

5. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our Services, the client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate event details, including venue access information, setup timelines, and guest count
• Ensuring our team has adequate space, power access, and safe working conditions at the venue
• Informing us promptly of any material changes to event specifications that may affect our delivery
• Ensuring that all guests using the entertainment area do so in accordance with any applicable venue or regulatory requirements

Eventoria Canada is not responsible for delays, limitations, or failures to deliver arising from inaccurate information provided by the client, or from venue conditions beyond our reasonable control.

6. Entertainment Services — No Real Money

All table game activities provided by Eventoria Canada are for entertainment purposes only. Chips, tokens, and playing cards used at our events carry no monetary value. No cash, prizes, or items of material value are awarded to participants as a result of gameplay. Our services do not constitute or gaming activity as defined under any applicable Canadian law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, photography, graphics, design, logos, and other materials — is owned by or licensed to Eventoria Canada and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may view and print content from this Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.

The Eventoria Canada name, logo, and associated marks are the property of Eventoria Canada. Nothing on this Site grants any licence or right to use our marks without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim, or CAD $100 if no payment has been made.
